Switching your accounts to Promedica Federal Credit Union has never been easier. Your Switch Specialist can handle most of the paperwork for you. All you need to do is bring your drivers license, recent statements and bills that are paid via automatic deduction or online bill pay.

If you would like to fill out the paperwork that is required to make the transition faster, print the change automatic payment form, fill it out and bring it with you. You will need one form for each creditor that automatically deducts money from your account.

After all the transfers have been made your Switch Specialist will give you an account closure form that you can give to your existing financial institution. If you'd like we can mail this for you.
