Mobile Banking & eAlerts
Access your credit union accounts anywhere, anytime! Using Mobile Banking is just as easy as Online Banking. With Mobile Banking you can track account balances, transfer money between accounts, and more! You can access ProMedica Federal Credit Union's online banking site from your internet enabled mobile device. You must be enrolled in Online Banking before beginning to use Mobile Banking. To enroll in Online Banking, click here. Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can access your ProMedica Federal Credit Union account(s) from your mobile device by entering in the following URL: m.flexteller.net/pro. Type in your Online Banking username and password and you will then have access to your account(s), just as you would in Online Banking.
SecurityMobile Banking has the same protection as online banking with SSL Encryption. Your Mobile Banking in protected by Fraud Analyst, certified by Digital Resolve Co. Your money is insured up to $500,000 per account.

You can have these alerts and many others sent to you as a text message or an email.
Add eMail Address
- Go to the Online Banking main menu from your computer.
- Click on "User Profile" and then "Manage eMails."
- Click "Add" and enter your email address(es).
- eAlerts can go to your email address or your cell phone address for text messaging. Check with your cell phone provider to confirm your cell phone address (ex: 4195555555@vrzpix.com).
- Activate eAlerts check box.
- Agree to receive eAlerts.
Set Up eAlerts
- Click on "Service" and then "Manage Alerts."
- Click the "Add" button to choose any or all sub-accounts that you want to be alerted and the address desired to be alerted to.
- Customize the types of notification to be announced. You can edit or delete your choice of alerts at any time. Receive information and value amounts on:
- Current or Available Balance
- Deposits or Withdrawals
- Cleared Checks or Loan Payments
- Advances
- Select the "Submit" button to complete set up.
