Your credit union is always open for you to manage your account through ProCall, your 24-hour telephone teller. Use this service as often as you want with no fee. All you need is a touchtone phone and your Personal Identification Number. If you do not already have a PIN for ProCall just call a financial service represenative at 419-479-4040.
The account information on ProCall is updated immediately as your transactions clear. Your checking balance reported on ProCall will not include your Courtesy Payment allowance, as it does on online banking and through ATM's.
With ProCall you can check on the balances of all your accounts, transfer funds from one sub-account to another, review deposits, cleared checks and withdrawals. You can even request a withdrawal by check to be sent to your address on file.
