What are PFCU Internet Online Services?
PFCU Online Internet Services are an Internet financial service that enables members to perform various financial transactions from a PC at home, work or anywhere you have Internet access.
What’s the cost for PFCU Online Services?
Absolutely Nothing! PFCU online banking and E-Statements are FREE services that we offer to our membership!
TOPWhat are E-Statements?
E-Statements are access to your credit union statement via your credit union online banking site. This service is totally free. To receive your temporary password and ID code for your online banking service, call any of the three credit union offices.
TOPCan I get E-Statements without having PFCU online banking?
No. You will need to establish your online banking service to have access your E-Statements. Just call any of the three offices of the credit union to receive your temporary password and ID code. When you log on to your online banking site you will see the button for starting your E-Statements and viewing your E-Statement..
TOPHow often can I access my E-Statements?
You can access your E-Statement via your online banking service as often as you like. Please remember that your password for E-Statements is not the same as your password for your online banking service.

Up to one year’s worth of statements.
TOPWhat can I do with PFCU online banking?
PFCU online banking allows you to inquire on account balances; transfer funds between accounts; review cleared checks and images; confirm recent deposits; make loan or Visa payments and much more!
TOPHow do I establish my online banking service?
To establish your free online banking service simply call any of the three credit union offices to receive your temporary password and ID code.
TOPIs it secure?
Yes. Members can only access account information through the secure web interface by using a Login ID and Password.
TOPWhat should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can click on the “forgot password” link and a temporary password will be emailed to you. You may also call any of the three credit union offices and a temporary password will be given to you.
TOPWhat if my password has been used without my permission?

For PFCU online banking and E-Statements, you are able to change your password online.
TOPIs there a limit how many transactions I can perform over the Internet?
There is no limit to the number of transactions.
TOPIf I transfer funds via online banking, when will the money be available at an ATM machine?
If you make your transfer before 10:00 a.m., your funds will be available for withdrawal via these channels after 10:30 a.m. If you transfer funds after 10:00 a.m., your funds will be available after 8:30 p.m.
TOPCan each owner of a joint account have a User ID and Password for PFCU online banking?
Yes! Each owner of a joint account will be issued his or her own User Id and Password.

To use PFCU online banking via the Internet
- Member must have Internet access.
